Tecam continues to establish itself in the environmental project sector in Asia, with the awarding of three new projects for emissions removal in the Chinese market.

Tecam, a leading supplier of environmental technology, announces that it has been awarded three new projects for the removal of polluting emissions generated in several industrial production plants in China.

This is a short overview of some technical details of each project:

  • Project 1 – Two emissions treatment systems that will eliminate the exhaust gases from the production machinery of a photoelectric components factory in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province.
  • Project 2 – Design, manufacturing, installation and commissioning of a Zeolite rotorconcentrator + Catalytic Oxidizer system for the waste gas generated in the painting booths and ovens of a company dedicated to producing large windmill parts in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province.
  • Project 3 – Design, manufacturing, installation and commissioning of a Zeolite rotorconcentrator + RTO system for a foundry company dedicated to producing steel parts in Huzhou, Zhejiang province.

The RTO technology solution is getting more and more common in industrial sectors. Moreover, it fully complies with BREF recommendations and is specifically mentioned as one of the Best Available Techniques (BAT) defined by the European Commission within the framework of Directive 2010/75 on industrial emissions and pollution control.

“We are glad to see our business grow in China with the awarding of these projects for emissions abatement. It shows our commitment with different industrial sectors that constitute leadership on technology, renewable and circular economy strategies. It also shows how Tecam can support the industry with eliminating their VOC emissions” CEO Bernat Sala declared.

Once these projects are installed, polluting emissions are expected to be eliminated up to 99.9 percent at the industrial sites where the equipment will be placed, contributing to making these production plants safe and respectful with people’s health and the environment.
