Moreover, Stolthaven Dagenham demonstrated its environmental responsibility during the construction of the new jetty. Approximately 50 tonnes of timber, removed from the decommissioned jetty, were recycled and put to good use. These recycled materials were donated to local projects, including an upgrade to a skate park and the creation of benches for a hospital garden.
