Re-Gen Robotics was honoured to attend the WISHNI Ambassador Awards 2024, where they proudly received recognition as one of the award recipients.
WISHNI focuses on developing and disseminating best practices within the waste industry in Northern Ireland. Re-Gen Robotics was acknowledged for their engineering solutions for better working environments, reflecting their investment in equipment and training. Additionally, they were pleased to be recognised for their dedication to risk assessment and their overall performance, having achieved five years without an injury or accident.
Chris Platt, Re-Gen Robotics’ commercial director, attended the event to accept the award on behalf of the company. He remarked, “I found it inspiring to receive this award in front of the brightest and best in respect of health and safety performance within the industry. We heard about the work and studies of Environmental Health and Safety students, who represent the next generation of health and safety professionals. It was good to share with them that what they are doing is making a difference.”
