Quasset has announced the appointment of Xavier Quintanilla as business development manager for North America.
Quintanilla will lead business development in North America and oversee day-to-day operations at the Quasset Innovation Hub in Houston, Texas.
Quintanilla is a seasoned NDT professional well-versed in multiple technologies and robotics for inspections in the energy sector. As Quasset’s business development manager North America, Quintanilla will manage a portfolio of Quasset innovation services, solutions and products.
Additionally, he will be coordinating activities for the SPRINT Robotics Collaborative, a global, industry-driven initiative that is accelerating the market readiness of robotic solutions for inspection and maintenance.
Prior to joining Quasset, Quintanilla worked at Nexxis as senior solutions engineer where he was played an active role in business development with strategic OEM partners, managing custom engineering projects with emerging technologies. He has worked for AUT Solutions as global solutions director, as well as for JIREH Industries as Gulf Coast and Latin America technical sales specialist, contributing to remarkable growth US and Latin America region and the Asia, Europe and Middle East markets.
