The public oil company Petroecuador has dispatched 146.3 million gallons of fuel so far this year.
“As of mid-February 2022, approximately 146.3 million gallons of fuel and 69.1 million kilograms of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) have been dispatched, for a total amount of 745.6 million dollars. The company has with a stock of approximately eight days of all products on a national scale,” said the general manager of Petroecuador, Ítalo Cedeño.
Petroecuador has 13 clean product terminals, located in Quito, Ambato, Riobamba, Cuenca, La Troncal, Santo Domingo, Pascuales, La Libertad, and Barbasquillo.
In addition, it has three liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) terminals in Oyambaro, El Chorrillo and Monteverde, two clean product deposits in Catamayo and Baltra and a transfer station in Tres Bocas.
