Neste has announced the appointment of Jori Sahlsten, M.Sc., as executive vice president, Oil Products, and a member of the Neste Leadership Team, effective 13 February 2025. Sahlsten, who previously served as senior vice president, Refining, Oil Products, will report to president and CEO Heikki Malinen.
Markku Korvenranta will continue in his role as executive vice president, chief operating officer, and a member of the Neste leadership team, focusing on leading the COO office and driving Neste’s performance improvement program.
Strengthening leadership for operational excellence
Welcoming Sahlsten to his new role, Heikki Malinen expressed confidence in his leadership:
