Tepsa has appointed Mathieu Bleusez as general manager of Tepsa France, succeeding Didier Clot, who is stepping down to pursue personal projects.

Bleusez brings nearly two decades of experience in the liquid bulk storage industry to the role. A chemical engineer with expertise in Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE), he has built an extensive career within Tepsa since joining the company in 2007.

Over the past 18 years, Bleusez has held several terminal manager positions across the organisation, gaining broad operational experience and developing a strong understanding of the company’s business. His leadership in terminal operations has contributed to the safe and efficient management of liquid storage facilities while supporting Tepsa’s operational objectives.

In 2023, he was appointed technical director at Tepsa France’s headquarters, where he played a key role in supporting the company’s growth and development initiatives. Two years later, he was named deputy general manager of Tepsa France and became a member of the Tepsa Group General Management Committee (GMC), further expanding his strategic responsibilities within the organisation.

As general manager, Bleusez will now lead Tepsa France through its next phase of development. Drawing on his extensive industry experience and in-depth knowledge of the company, he is expected to work closely with the management committee and employees across the organisation to continue strengthening the company’s operations and supporting its long-term growth objectives.

The appointment marks the beginning of a new chapter for Tepsa France as the company builds on its established position in the liquid bulk storage sector under Bleusez’s leadership.
