HES International, a prominent European operator of seaport bulk terminals, has announced the completion of the sale of its Deschieter inland terminal in Belgium to TMF Operating, a leading logistics operator based in France. The financial details of the transaction have not been disclosed. This divestiture is part of HES’s strategy to enhance its strategic infrastructure positions in key gateway seaports linked to Europe’s industrial hinterland.
