Fluor Corporation has been selected by Saudi Aramco as a Programme Management Consultancy (PMC) contractor under a long-term agreement (LTA) to support the company’s global capital projects portfolio.

The agreement enables Fluor to provide programme management consultancy services across future projects, drawing on its global engineering expertise, local workforce and digital project delivery capabilities.

The LTA covers potential work including pre-front-end engineering and design (pre-FEED), front-end engineering and design (FEED), engineering, project management, procurement oversight, construction management and programme execution services. The scope spans upstream, downstream, petrochemical and infrastructure developments.

According to Fluor, the agreement reflects its longstanding relationship with Aramco and builds on more than 80 years of operations in Saudi Arabia. The company has maintained a presence in the Kingdom since the 1940s through its office in Al Khobar and has supported Aramco on a range of major energy and infrastructure projects.

Fluor said the long-term agreement reinforces its role in supporting the delivery of large-scale energy and industrial developments in Saudi Arabia.
