Based in Newland, North Carolina, HCN is a comprehensive service and equipment provider for the petroleum industry. This strategic acquisition is part of D&H’s ongoing expansion in the Southeast and enhances its national service capabilities.
HCN Petroleum Equipment has established a reputation for excellence in North Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, and South Carolina. With this acquisition, D&H will integrate HCN’s services into its broader offerings, strengthening its ability to provide comprehensive fuel system installation, maintenance, compliance management, and repair services to a wider customer base.
