Wolftank-Adisa Holding AG has announced the majority acquisition of Rovereta Srl, a 100 per cent subsidiary of Petroltecnica Spa.
Rovereta Srl, which is headquartered in Italy and valued at €3 million, specialises in recycling, water and soil treatment, and hazardous waste disposal. It is expected to generate sales of €10 million in 2020.
Targeting a top line volume of €35 million in the soil and water remediation sector in 2020, the merging of the two companies “targets a further vertical integration of Wolftank Adisa Group by reducing costs. Both companies will have synergies in procurement, research and development; they will also benefit of the operation of a joint technology and sales platform.”
Wolftank-Adisa Holding AG will also acquire a minority interest (initially 10 per cent) in Petroltecnica Spa, which gives it access to the whole product range necessary for the planning and construction of recycling plants.
The acquisition is expected to close by the end of June 2020.
