Announcing the three pieces of good news, Agility Group said: “What a week!”
It went on to say that Agility’s various companies had a few big announcements.
Firstly, Tristar Group acquired a majority stake in Hong Kong-based HG Storage International fuel storage services for $215 million.
United Projects for Aviation Services Company KSCP (UPAC) reported their 2021 financial year-end results, with a full year 2021 net profit of KD 914,230, an increase of 118.2 percent from 2020.
And finally, the boards of Agility, one of its subsidiaries, and John Menzies PLC announced that they reached an agreement on the terms of a recommended cash offer to acquire 100 percent of the ordinary shares in Menzies; one of the largest airport services companies in the world.
