Inspection and maintenance robotics will be the focus of the Innovation Trail at StocExpo, the largest and longest running international bulk liquid storage event, when it returns March 8-10 2022 at the Rotterdam Ahoy.

Delegates will have the chance to see and interact with very latest innovations in robotic technology on StocExpo 2022’s Innovation Trail, which is being hosted by SPRINT Robotics. It will feature a selection of the world’s leading robotics players driving innovation and real-world deployment.

The SPRINT Robotics Collaborative, which is a global cross-sector organisation that promotes the development, availability and application of inspection and maintenance robotics around the world, will also be hosting a networking breakfast on the second day of the show so that delegates get the chance to meet with the pioneers behind them.

Niels Westendorp, general manager of SPRINT Robotics, said: “We are delighted to showcase, in collaboration with our SPRINT Robotics community members, a variety of robotic solutions for inspection, maintenance & cleaning for the asset group storage tanks. Only with (cross-)industry wide collaboration of all stakeholders, can we further accelerate innovation and global scaling of robotic solutions to gain safety, efficiency and high value data.”

Rikki Bhachu, head of marketing at StocExpo, added: “As an internationally recognised platform and the largest global network of robotics for Inspection & Maintenance (I&M), we’re absolutely thrilled to have SPRINT Robotics’ as StocExpo’s innovation partner.

“The Innovation Trail will be a must-visit for all and will promote the development, availability and application of robotics techniques in technical inspections, maintenance and operations. The introduction of this strategic partnership will help StocExpo attendees stay connected, informed, get involved and be part of the future.”
