François Cornélis has stepped down as chairman LBC Tank Terminals. Cornélis recently accepted a new, interim assignment as the CEO of Belgium’s electricity transmission system operator Elia and therefore felt unable to continue in his role as LBC chairman.
The terminal operator is now looking for a new permanent, independent chairman. In the meantime, the board has appointed Edward Sigar as interim chairman. Sigar has been a director on the LBC board since 2012.
