Hyundai Heavy Industries has won a $58m contract to build 15 LPG storage tanks to hold a total of 75,000 cubic meters of gas, local media has reported.

The company told media that Nigeria’s Dangote Oil Refining Company (DORC) placed the order for the tanks which will have a diameter of 8 meters and a height of 95 meters. They will be housed at DORC’s refining and petrochemical plant near Lagos in southwestern Nigeria.

Construction will start in May with the first delivery due for April 2019.
