The CLH Group successfully passed the audits performed by AENOR for the renewal of the company’s ISO 9001 certification for its Quality Management System, ISO 14001 certification for its Environmental Management System, and ISO 45001 and ISO 27001 certification for Health & Safety and Information Security, respectively.

The company said its annual audits were carried out over the past few months to verify that the management systems in place conform to the requirements of the standards. But it reported that on this occasion, the audits posed an additional challenge due to the state of emergency, lockdown and the fact that the majority of the company’s staff were working remotely.

Health and Safety rules have been adapted from the OSHAS 18001 standard to the new ISO 45001 standard, which imposes stricter requirements to ensure the highest safety standards.

The renewal of ISO 9001 certification proves that the company’s Quality Management System complies with the requirements of the standard and is aligned with the fundamental principles that help organisations monitor and improve their performance and lead them towards efficiency, product excellence and customer service optimisation.

It said: “ISO 14001 certification at all Group terminals and airport facilities confirms the effective implementation of the Environmental Management System within the organisation and the proper control of the environmental impact of its operations and services through prevention, reduction or elimination.

“For its part, the renewal of 27001 certification ensures the company’s commitment to best practices in information security and the appropriate protection of information.”
